I completed my LCAS-A master’s degree with Grand Canyon University of phoenix AZ. I’m currently attending Abilene Christian University, where I’m studying to become an LMFT specializing in trauma. I have over 6 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient therapist, outpatient specialty clinics (Medication Assistance Treatment), crisis intervention, and structured outpatient programs. I have a range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups during my professional career in the following areas:

My approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for therapy and provision of ongoing evaluation of the therapeutic approach. Services provided include individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Harm Reduction, Motivation Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. I am particularly concerned with the impact of loss due to opioid overdose and trauma. I’m an advocate for improving interventions to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical, and relationship health.
